As a member of our community, you will have an opportunity to participate in a variety of studies if you qualify for the profile we're looking for. In some cases you will receive a product to evaluate at home, in others you will do online or in-person surveys.
Here are some examples of research we carry out:
Interviews and group discussions (in person, via webcam or at our test location) on new product ideas and concepts
Online-only studies (surveys, chat communities, online activities via apps)
Feedback on new online content, new apps or websites
Diary studies (sometimes on paper, sometimes via an app, you let us know each time you perform a certain test activity)
Sending us photos or short videos
Product usage tests (either at our test location or at home)
In-home experiences (you either take the test product home or you welcome our test team at your place)
Tests to assess ergonomics and usability of new packages and prototypes
Demonstrating your purchase habits, sharing if and how new products and claims appeal to you
